Delivery FAQs
What time do van deliveries happen?
Our van runs happen in evening slots (5:30 PM - 9:00 PM) so you are safely home from work to receive your Christmas decor without missing courier drops.
How do I claim the First Christmas Deal?
Simply enter discount code FIRSTXMAS10 at checkout for 10% OFF your entire order. If your total order exceeds €100, your €8.99 delivery fee will automatically be waived!
What if I am not home when the van arrives?
You can leave safe drop instructions on the checkout page (e.g. "Leave behind side gate" or "Ring doorbell"). Our driver will leave your items securely and send a photo text confirmation.
Can I order directly over WhatsApp or phone?
Yes! Message or call us directly at 085 116 1867 to arrange custom delivery slots or ask questions about specific items in stock.
